Whats with steam??? or is it ibis? with the... "trying to connect to an older version" also I jump into other GG and it is only pistol. I assume that that problem is STEAM...

A new update screwed up all servers. Check back whenever you think valve decides to give a shit... that's the best time frame I can come up with.
