h4x0|2 abuse on WCS

I'm not sure where this falls on severity but h4x0|2 was forcing his teamates to drop the bomb without being asked or being AFK so he could plant himself. I've provided two screenshots on console of him doing it 3 times, he was probably doing it more while I was SSing and he may do it more often. I am pretty sure you get XP for planting the bomb so I assume this is wrong. (Of course if its not, feel free to delete this post)

ive spoke with him and told him 2 make sure it doesn't happen again. he claims he did it cause ppl weren't doing the objective. regardless I told him 2 not do it anymore, and 2 slay those who are making no attempt 2 complete the objective provided they've been given the normal/ample time 2 complete it.
