well i am a new admin and there been alot of chatter on here about perma bans and new admins losing that privilege. at least zero will be able to review demo and do whatever he see's fit.

You should only ban if you're confident in your conclusions about a player hacking.

If not, leave them be and post a demo in the ban requests thread to get opinions.

I can understand your worry, and I can respect your desire to make certain only those players who deserve it are hacking. It's more work for ZERO is my only concern.
