Admin Abuse Andrew_Pavlivk and his New Rule on Zombie Server

How did he/she abuse : Ban for a stupid reason.


Proof: I was banned at 11:16 EST today, We were on the scrapyard map( Zombie Server , and i was the one who got inside the tube first, then 2 retards Lieu Hooter and 24Pandas tried to kick me out of the tube. They asked his admin friend Adrew to ban me.He was a retard admin on Zombie Server and tried to slap me out of the tube but it didnt work.
They came up with a fking rule said 2 per tube, the 3th one have to gtfo ( there is an exist rule like that on Zombie Server!.
After 5mins I got banned, so i post this thread up here so other people can LEARN THE NEW RULE OF Andrew_Pavlik. :lmao:

P/s He was not able to see what happened at that time, and he just did whatever his friend told him to do. DJ Mikey was there btw.

If you got in the tube first he was clearly in the wrong by banning you (or anybody else who this could have happened to). Even if you were the third person he should have warned you, put you in spec, kicked, etc.. (unless he did and you left that part out).

We still need proof.

i dont remember this, i must have just left when this happened. Non the less admins should not be banning people as favors for there in-game friends.

Was there a warning given?

until i hear his side of the story i wont claim it abuse or not. If you were the first one in the tube and were slapped then banned to be removed from it.. that is a problem.

I agree with you about the rule of blocking!!
I dont have any demo.The point i want to say is he doesn't know what happened at that time. He just listened to his friend and tried to slap me out of the tube while i was in the middle lines of the 2 tube??? The other two were on the other side. If i was the last one got in the tube how come i can get into the middle line of both tube. As i said I was in there first, and then lieu-hooter + pandas 24 came in from the other side and they stared bitching about it.

If a player requests another player to be slayed or kicked for rule breaking I recommend you warn first then observe the player's behavior. If you didn't see it first hand or the console doesn't have a log of the action then you don't have any reason to do what is requested.

i.e. I joined ZM and Holy was already in there. Someone asked me to slay someone for cade breaking prior to me joining. I'm not going to slay someone for doing something I didn't see. I'm glad I didn't because I made a verbal warning and didn't hear any complaints afterward.

We'll just have to wait for Andrew to post to hear his side of the story. I agree with you 100% that he shouldn't have banned you without witnessing the whole incident if that is the case..

It could be a big mix-up and without Andrew posting or a demo there isn't anything we can really do but discuss different situations that may have happened which is completely pointless. I shouldn't even be posting in admin abuse threads seeing as I am not in Ibis, nor am I Zero, however I did feel like being more active on the forums tonight. Anywho this is my last post on this thread.. just wait for Andrew to post

Hmm I was in game during the time. I didn't see what happen, but I did hear everything. Yes, Liet. Hooter and Panda 24 was complaining about Kenji being in the tubes. First - We didn't know who was in the tube first. Second - Admin shouldn't have banned Kenji without knowing who was right or who was wrong.
Oh and Andrew was going to kick Kenji but ban him instead and said "Thats for getting me kill while I was trying to discipline him." <--- That is taking it too far...Banning someone just because you got killed in game....and here is the image to prove that he said that.

If I had kicked he would have just got back on and complained and never learned. And this is what we deal with everyday on ZM.

Since I banned him(for 5mins btw lol) he made this post, ayco linked him the rules, it made him look a little stupid and he knows the rules now and next time HE WILL LISTEN when an admin tells him to do something.

Well I think this has been resolved for now. Both sides have said their stories and since it was a 5 minute ban, this should be over with.

I will let Zero know about this and let him investigate this complaint. If Andrew is using his powers in favor of friends he will be punished.
