I was on the WCS server and I was playing vagabond. I literally just got it and the map was cs_assault. I was in the server first as vagabond uncontested and played a couple of rounds. Then I get kicked by Hellboy randomly without warning. So I rejoined and asked him why. He said that I had to get off vagabond so he could play it. I told him that I was first and that I just started anyways. He kicked me again so I told Smurf. Then, a guy named 1/2 foxtrot 1/2 started telling him that it was admin abuse and he banned him. I believe he just banned somebody else I'm reporting from in game. There is plenty of people in the server I'm not the only one.

How did he/she abuse (See TOS): I was banned for "Disrespect." When I fail to see how I was disrespecting and admin. I am apart of the Pantless clan and I would be in serious shit if I joined a server and Disrespected someone. Hellboy did have a ascent so I may of disrespected him in his country or way of life. I only wish to be unbanned and I figured I should file a report at the sometime.

Proof: I was banned for unknown amount of time. Everyone on the server saw it.

This is ½Foxtrot½, I didn't get any screenshots, sorry. Here's the story, we were playing in the WCS server, and Bacon_is_Meatcandy was playing vagabond. Hellboy just decided to kick him so he could play vagabond himself. I challenged him and said he shouldn't do that, because that would be considered admin abuse. lets be honest, the admin's real purpose is to watch out for the players, and regulars, the crowd that is there to have fun, and get rid of hackers, etc. So when I told him not to do that he banned me for a week... To me that is just... Well that's being a bad admin. Could you please talk to Hellboy/lift my ban? Sorry, I posted this in the wrong spot at first :(

threads merged. we will give hellboy a moment to defend his position. assuming he fails (most probable) the bans will be lifted and proper action will be taken against him/his admin status.

Well it looks like it was Hellboy that does not know the rules. Total disregard for the rules and blatant abuse and then abusing more to try to cover it up. All ban and kick powers will be removed. If he shapes up he can slowly get them back one at a time in the future; however, if he fucks up again he will lose admin.

Players unbanned. Also note that this abuse was determined when he banned the players. It is the improper banning of those players as to why punishment is so harsh for a first offense.

seriously, why do we let people buy admin when they have ban requests up? ESPECIALLY when they buy it directly after said ban request appears. this guy breaks rules, and looks to avoid punishment by buying admin.


there are certain signs that people tend to exhibit. rulebreaking then immediately purchasing admin is one of them

Ok case closed. Hellboy is being dealt with and the players have been unbanned.

We are well aware of the situation of people who are trouble causers buying admin.....we are working for a logical solution to all this. Until then please refrain from making any new threads about that situation.
