No the server likely restarted for an update. In fact it needs to reboot again but I will do that in a few days. Normally it will reboot outside of the normal time if it is installing an important update.

Actually I was on Wcs earlier and I noticed that it crashed, but then started to reset multiple times while resetting.

That is just an engine restated glitch to get out of the loop have an admin change the map as soon as they connect.
