How did he/she abuse (See TOS): He muted me without warning. The answer is in the console logs for 5:00 - 5:30 AST.

He also banned me for two hours for changing my name to ask him why he muted me without warning, as well. I asked TWICE if I could play music on the mic... nobody answered, so I just went ahead and played music. He muted another guy for 120 minutes as well, at the same time as he muted me. You will see that I asked TWICE if I could "play tunes".. no response, so I assumed that nobody cared, that's why I went ahead and played.

it wasn't an instant play of music. i asked twice if i could play music. "can i play tunes?" "guys, can i play some tunes?" both to which no responses were made so i assumed nobody cared. the console logs will prove this case to be in my favour, thanks.

The rule for playing music on the server is if ANY SINGLE person on the server tells you to stop, then you must. This is what the rule has been for eyars sinister, so just for future referance if i tell you to stop playing then you have to stop, even thought i could be a nobody.

If your making an abuse report you need to provide evidence such as one of the source tv demos that is available for all the servers. The demo with evidence needs to be uploaded in one of your posts with notes referencing where in the demo the abuse took place.
