Map: de_4thstreet
Reason: I don't believe I've seen the server survive even one round after changing to this map once there are players on both teams.

ive also seen it crash as soon as it goes 2 it.

Aco: Only recall playing 3rd street on WCS (with the broken roof and the train of death).

Also: Still crashes the server once a player is on both teams.
