GunGame problems

My problem is I get an error saying "connection refused by server" or if i do get in I lag horribly and cant move.

It only happens with gungame and only the IBIS one, i can play on other gungame servers. any ideas/ suggestions

in all honesty I have had a few problems where when I tried to join the server and it said that connection was refused my server so idk
