So what are your thoughts of the Casey Anthony verdict; to me this verdict is like the OJ Simpson trial, the evidence is there.

My thoughts? That finally this bullshit is over and the media can get back to discussing REAL news like how many drinks Lindsay Lohan had last night or what dress Kate Middleton is wearing... you know: REAL HARD news that affect our daily lives.
Evidence was all circumstantial. Could have gone both ways. Her own mother lied under oath about the web searches which supposedly was the "big thing". She's now facing charges of purgery. Police did a shitty job in gathering evidence, and the Florida DA's office looks like a bunch of amateurs. The DA's office looks like a bunch of schmucks considering they literally fell for the mother's testimony and truth be told, this is what happens when a big case goes global calling for blood. Shoddy craptastic evidence. Another OJ goes free.

This is right on the money.
The fact that it was being covered by every media outlet possible put overwhelming pressure on the jury. That's all I really care about. Cases like this go in favor of the truly guilty all the time and it's never covered by the media.
How often does this society freak out if an innocent person is put in jail? Not as often and definitely not on this large of a scale.
It's the blood lust for the potential guilty that drives the media in to a frenzy. People want revenge for shit that doesn't involve them.

Personal opinions aside, it went as expected based on actual evidence submitted. The evidence is not there. There is no hard link.
Do I personally believe she did it? Of coarse.

Lets look at this hypothetically. If I left my 2 1/2 years old son alone in the bathroom and he drowned. What would/should happen to me. 1.) Spend time in jail for child neglect.(5-10 years) 2.) Be charged with negligent manslaughter. (10-20 years on top of the neglect) 3.) Stay in jail until court, then be set free. Keep in mind this is me coming clean and admitting that I left my toddler alone.
I would say atleast 5-10 years because I was responsible for the childs life and now it is gone. She serverd 2 waiting until court. The found her innocent of child neglect....... WTF

I too am glad this is over, but now the bigger problem is shutting this bitch up.

Can't stand her, I swear she wants every crime committed to end with the death penalty.

I especially don't like how often she is staring into the camera.

She never goes away, EVER. She is like the plauge; you dont see her for awhile, and then BOOM she is back and worse than ever.
Nancy Grace knows nothing about what the Death Penalty does to the system. It overcrowds the prisons, but this bitch doesn't care. Most DA offices don't care about the effects of overcrowded prisons in general. They just want numbers adding to their growth of conviction rates (fact).
I can't stand her face. I feel like she rapes my soul with her stare. lmao.
Oh and hypothetically speaking, we wouldn't know if she neglected her child in the first place if there was no sufficient evidence. So let's take some law 101. The DA's office did a poor job of trying to prove that the use of chloroform into child abuse. How is it that you can prove chloroform use if swamp water tends to acidify chemical readings? If evidence is not supporting murder or manslaughter, how can personal opinion then say "well she neglected the child based on presumptuous evidence?" That's what gets me about everyone upset about this case. You go strictly on the evidence. The DA's office are morons. My girlfriend tells me things about the case since she watches Nancy Grace so much, and the first thing I said was "how the fuck are they gonna prove anything when the body was basically destroyed by the acidity of swamp water?" Trust me when I say this jury had more time with evidence then the public will ever have. Your comparison of your child drowning in bath tub water is lackluster without a total scenario.
Personally, I think she did it. Evidence... was laughable. She got lucked out with tools as prosecutors.

The point of a hypothetical is to give something that is similar, but not an exact match. The only evidence I need is that her fucking defense was, I lost track of her and she drowned in the family pool. That was her defense case, child drowns: family freaks: hide body in swamp. Her defense screams neglect or atleast she should have been made to serve something for her child dieing on her watch. As far as the verdict I totally agree that the jury couldn't convict of murder. The physical evidence wasn't there.

lmao fuck that bitch, she looks like shes going to have an aneurism over this lol.
As far as the trial goes, I will quote one of our founding fathers.
Thomas Jefferson "Better one hundred guilty men go free than one innocent man be condemned. "
