All servers down!

Just before 4 A.M. I tried to log on to the servers. ZM, then GG and couldnt for about 10 minutes. They didn't even show up in the servers that were online. I was able to get in GG for awhile but the server was running like crap. Pings were normal but everyone had horrible lagg. I left GG and tried to go to VIP, ZM, and PUB and they all wouldnt respond.

I am working on it. It looks like all the backbone switches and routers are being upgraded to new units. This is caused the problems at first but now I am having issues with the physical server. Am working with support to get it fixed.

They have identified the issue and are working on it now. I just confirmed authorization to them for any restarts ect they need to preform to get the issues fixed.

Still working on it. They said it was down due to network upgrades but that ended hours ago. (There is major network updates being done last night, tonight and tomorrow night)

In addition that does not address other problems I am having with the server that are not related to the public network. It may be a few more hours :headache:

i sent you a request, the next due date for the server is 07/30/2011 , its up and running fine if you want somewhere where ya players can play, ibis gaming can have it, its a 20 slot 100 tic

I edited the msg, before you replied. the offer is nice, it's just not realistic given we have so many servers and so many people who play diff styles of CS, GG, ZM, WCS, VIP, Pub. 1 server wont do us anything...

give it some time, zero will get it fixed, he always does. he can't even claim he's surprised when this shit happens anymore when he goes on vaycay cause it's literally happened every single time ive seen him go on 1 lol

i will how ever say this, from looking at your server ip address "activity" it was under a ddos attack, from the dedicated server ip's of 109.230.220.37 , And 46.251.237.115 Seems To Be running a perl script, with random ports and random packet's, so it runs like a "Smurf net" Wtih 4gb of ram, caused the server network switch to go out. if you want more info you know how to get ahold of me. :P

NO if it was under ddos they tell me. The IPMI needed to have the usb reset which likely needed to be done manually after that I was able to reset my network card with the ips of the new routers and we are now back up. Sorry for the delay everyone. The good news is that now IPMI is fixed this will not likely occur again any time soon.

However, the routers of the main backbone are going to continue to be updated over the next few days and you should thus have connection problems after midnight.

Those ips are likely banned on the router level as the system automatically checks for such things and issues bans.
