Okay, so a couple days ago my father was on my work computer at our business and one of those 'your hard drive is curropted' pop UPS came up and he clicked on it.....

Well I have used malware and Norton and other programs and they currently can't find anything. I ran some while in safe mode, and they found a total of like 200 infected items, after cleaning those up the citizen is still there.

A little more info, when I first started working on it a lot of things were fucked, and Chrome would crash on start up. Well now for the most part everthing is okay, but Chrome still crashes no matter what I do. And in FireFox and sigh..... Explorer whenever you search something using Google or yahoo and click on the link it redirects you to, whatever. Also a random error pop UPS every couple of minutes from explorer about how some sites will make my personal info availible and this will pop up every couple of mins and when I open up task manager iexplorer.exe in the process is taking up tons of memory, and if.I close it, it will just reopen 15mins later. So I think its attached and accessing explorer.

I've pretty much exhuasted my computer knowledge on this, soo any ideas?

Also I typed this on my phone so sorry for any errors.

google the name of the window popping up, and search by specifying site: bleepingcomputer

they'll give step-by-step instructions to killing the bug

Google is very helpful in linking to step by step malware removal instructions.

Safemode> Rinse and Repeat.

What is the name of it?
