Admin abuse by seemingly experimenting admin commands on myself without approval/permission or warning. Pictures have been uploaded, you can clearly see there was no warning issued in the chat log recorded, nor any reason why this would be done. Perhaps this is a new admin with absolutely zero common sense and/or respect for the other players?

Abuses accounted for:
1. Drugged randomly
2. Gagged and muted (doesn't appear on client log, so it cannot be seen in my screenshots unfortunately)
3. Attempt at forceful name change for humiliation

posting pics of him using commands on you doesn't really give us much 2 go on, he can easily claim or it's possible that you were being punished for 1 of a thousand things.. not saying you were in the wrong, but we need demo's 2 see what actually went down.

The demo shows all stated above, plus a few gravity votes. Unless this was some kind of follow up from a prior map it was very abussive. The trouble is it happens alomost as soon as the map starts so I will go pull the previous demo and look at it.

Edit: After looking at the previous demo I see no warnings, or anything else. Nagga kind of raped the CT's as a Zombie on the prior map, but that is about it. Unless there was a admin message that was a warning, which I do not believe show up on Demos. Anti/Kestrel you seem to have been here awhile, and It looks like you have had admin for awhile as well. You should have known that this thread would be here after what you did.

I love how everyone is getting so angry at me for making a gravity vote even thought it's right there in the admin panel. How am i supposed to know a listed function would risk a server crash? I could see all this backlash if i knew it was a no-no, but don't chastise me for initiating a vote. If there are so many caveats to the system panel, there should be quick reference guide for new admins.

Secondly, the other "abuses" like a name change as stated by naggafin were me trying to figure out the functions of this completely revamped admin system. The guy wouldn't listen to multiple requests to stop mike spamming, so I figured a few minor tricks (one for each offense) would shut him up before I had to resort to a mute or ban.

One problem with all of that...you can't just decide, "durp durp durp. I'm gonna go ahead and test out this new admin system by using the commands on other users. Without permission. Just because I'm an admin. durp durp durp." You should of asked the person, in this case Naggafin, if you could test out these commands on him. Since your new and all. Or, you can ask other admins around you about these commands, preferably Blade or clan members (<ibis>).

You have been told before not to fuck with the gravity, and your excuse was that it shouldn't be available then. So unless you have any arguments, a resolution to the whole thing would be that Zero can remove that option from your Admin. I understand that you may not like that, but twice you have done it, and been told twice not to. Your reason as to why you did it both times was since I can I did. If you can't then you won't.

Restricted Admin usage Note to players: Admins abusing their rights should be reported in the forums immediately with a demo. Admins are here for the people on the server, not for themselves. If you believe an admin is abusing his powers, please report that individual here so that individual can be held accountable.



Admins may not use commands exessivly onself (EX. slapping)
Using the slap command to get an unfair advantage
Changing the gravity settings
Using Noclip
Unrestricting restricted weapons (see Restricted weapons section)
Turning players into freeze bombs/firebombs against players consent
Giving health to themselves or others
Admin chat should be reserved to convey messages to players and other admins. Do not abuse it.
Obsessively beaconing a barricading group.
If beacons start lagging up the server, issue no more than one per cade. (No mass beaconing)
