Here is the demo pulled from SourceTV, I just renamed file: 4070

The mutes (happened twice) were temp mutes and each one was removed within a minute of issuing the command. I issued the mutes to stop him from repeatedly yelling the rules (regarding wards, which he was describing incorrectly) and spamming his mic. I asked him after the second time to message me on steam if he has an issue.

Also the ward in question was actually handled. He just expected me to ban the player (zombie) who dropped the ward. It was in close proximity to the hostage but from my point of view (I was in the room right where the ward was dropped) it would not prevent someone from tagging the hostage by going around the table, he disagrees. The player that dropped the ward was warned afterwards by several people that it was too close of a ward and the rule was reiterated to the player. So something was done about them "warding objective."

I posted the demo for you Taz. I want everyone that's willing to see the way you act, although I'm sure most are familiar with your delightful personality.

this is the second "admin abuse" report i've seen for petty crap. come on guys, if you have beef with one another just talk about it on steam chat. it was 2 very short temp mutes. no reason to try to get his admin removed or whatever your aim was in making this thread...just talk to the guy. you can't just go clinging to mama's dress every time something you don't like happens.

we all know the rules. we also all make mistakes. if the ward was on the hosties, you make sure the player knows the rule, knows it was broken, and move on. it's ONE round. if it happens again, then there should be discipline, but you shouldn't ban someone or anything like that for putting a ward close to an objective one time. he was doing his job and if you think he was wrong, take that to steam chat.

mistakes were made... but it wasn't a 1 time deal and multiple ppl were warding the hostage room which should have not happened. the rules have always stated the opposing team must have a clear path 2 their objective, granted you can cut off paths 2 the objective, you've never been allowed 2 create or cut down the path in the actual room of the hostages.

the rules have been updated 2 reflect this situation... No more warding in the same room as hostages.... as it was never allowed 2 begin with unless you're like warding say 1 of the door areas in the projector room on office (example)

what happened in this demo time and time again was bull shit. ive spoken with those who were at fault and have given them a refresher on how wards work and the rules behind them, hopefully this resolves any and all future problems regarding this issue
