Actually i came to GG cause WCS crashed, when i arrived i killed you, you proceeded to call me a whore. That was the first kick. You then came back and continued to atagonize me by using more names and implying that you were even remotley close to good enough to "stalk." So i kicked you again with a quote saying "This is your last warning."

first kick really wasn't needed... he said "look at that whore that killed me" he didn't say it in a rude or shit starting way, nor even mentioned your name... 2 me it seemed like he was just messing around and you got butt hurt over it. any kicks and bans after the first are legitimate cause when taz rejoined he directly started insulting you.

To clarify this, taz used a word to insult the person who killed them, that person was me, regardless if he knew or not, which im SURE he know due to his whole "your stalking me" comment afterwords. In my first kick message i stated (do not disrespect admins). It does not matter if i was "Butt hurt" or not, he disrespected an admin and recevied a hell of alot lesser punishment then most admins would give. Even for continuing after the first kick.

on top of this i very rarley use my "powers" to begin with, to retain them is absurd.

it does matter, as you should have warned him before you kicked him. he was just screwing around and having fun, he wasn't trying 2 literally insult you or start shit. I tell people they are whores and 2 fuck off when they kill me all the time and when I do so my tone reflects that I'm not actually mad or anything... which Is what I believe taz was doing in this vid.... if you really had issue with what he said.... you could have easily asked him 2 not do it again.. which is what the rules state you should do.

id like 2 see the demo of him threatening 2 ban you over pointing out his score... if you can find it.

Simple kick and "miscommunication". This is blowing up into a big stuper. I honestly don't see this as abuse, if it was a 60+ min ban... yes, but a kick... cmon...!

Verbally warn next time, mute/gag, kick, ban. Taz you seem much more mature than you were at one point in time, yet some people have yet to view it so and hold past grudges which technically already hold issued warnings.

I persaonally belive you need to stop using our abuse thread as a form of welfare for your self ion the server.
Do not expect any mercy from me when it comes to rules. Granted i do say things like "UHGGGG YUOU COCK FUCK WHORE BITCH CUNT, Im just kidding that was an amazing shot )=" Thats who i am along with aknowledging the invidiual with my form of complement. You broke a rule with out me even attempting to instigate any problem so i kicked you with a warning saying (Do Not Disrespect admins), you then re-joined and continued to antagonize me so i kicked you a second time saying (this is your last warning). You rejoined ans said on voice chat "brb ima go post an admin abuse thread."

read the rules. a warning should be issued before a kick or any actual action is taken... a kick should have never happened 2 begin with.

what you did is obviously not a huge fucking deal as it was just a kick, but it was a improper kick none the less and should have not happened as it was beyond fucking obvious he was just messing around and not actually trying 2 start shit with yourself... try using your mic and telling him 2 not say shit if it honestly offends you that much...

no action other than a warning will come of this unless the situation keeps on repeating its self.
