Okay, fine you have a point, I was an idiot the last time I bypassed my ban etc. This time around I really couldn't tell you what I did, I truly and honestly had no damn idea what was going on as to why he was going to ban me. Apparently I was ignoring admins, I wasn't really sure as to what I was ignoring, yes he requested me to stop talking twice I believe but could this not have been a mute?

How did he/she abuse: Banned for 1 hour for from my eyes, more nothing than last time, I can at least SEE how the last time it was admin disrespect, this time I tried to keep my cool and was literally just wondering what was going on / I did, is it because I questioned a statement an admin made? I mean it's not like I questioned his abilities to be a good admin nothing, it was literally the same as I'd address any player, and non-offensive.

It has come to my attention that I apparently sounded as if I were trolling, this is not the case and not my intentions I was truly inquiring as to that the problem was. I'm an idiot when it comes to things like that, and I still do not see it but somebody said that is the case that it MAY have come off that way. This however had not been my intention nor does it seem to be factual.

you know ive kicked him like three times which i was getting on the edge on banning lambazza and which i didnt, but to tell you the truth there are no disrespect happened another false abuse thats what i think.

Well, I'm going to play Devil's advocate. In the exchange, yes, Lambazza is testy with wHISKEY. But the rules state that rule VII (the one containing respect and admin disrespect) is included in the bypasses.


2) Violation of any of the following after the player has been kicked (or the rules bypass are met) for preforming said violation. Note that instant bypasses should not be longer than an hour or so. Also remember that the player should have been clearly warned before the issue of said ban.

In this, wHISKEY did warn of an hour long ban.

When I stated earlier that it SHOULD have been handled differently, I was not stating that it HAD to be handled differently.

No abuse, IMO, but certainly something that could have been done in a different manner.

Enforced several no camping rules when I was on last night, including what looked like a key bind telling people being in spawn will get then slayed. This is the same guy I was telling you about maynard, Watched him mute and kick players who were not mic spamming and were not camping in excess. Here's a tip disco, don't enforce rules that don't exist. I left right before pool day was played so I wasn't on when this ban took place, but since he got a thread, I figured I'd post what I saw.

either way, this is complete abuse, this guy did not a single fucking thing wrong. whiskey was just being a qq'er as he had been the entire evening.. I know this cause spasm was constantly filling me in on the shit he was pulling. whiskey believes if somoene is still in there spawn after 15-20 seconds they are camping and that he's able 2 punish them....

the demo does NOT show him camping, or even disrespecting the admin... he in fact in a calm manor asked several times "what did I do wrong? can you please just explain it 2 me"

what it comes down 2 is the second lam said anything that whiskey didn't like, he threatened 2 ban him.... if you don't see how that is abuse penis, I'm beyond worried about you...

2 any 1 who couldn't clearly figure this obvious demo out... This is abuse... disagreeing with admins is fine provided you do it in a proper tone which doesn't come off as hostile or disrespectful and that's exactly what lam did.
