banned both me and my brother for "me" accidently dropping one ward barley in to door way of the house :(
we play here every day for months and dont think we deserve that.
a few months back dj panda perma banned my old account name was "wavey" for supposed "no recoil"
was forced to buy another account to play with you guys :(. and wen i did and got back on the server panda was on and we even talked about it he said "why do you care you have a new account now?".......awefullll admin in my opinion supposed to make ppl want to stay and play. :(
hope there something that can be done.

You do realize that bypassing a permaban with another account is grounds for that account being perma banned as well. I don't take lightly to that.

actually, i'd reccomend upgrading it from a 30 min ban to a permenant immediately. he was found hacking on his old one, no recoil.

please zero! everyone knows i dont hack i mean seriously all i was doing was being honest!
because one guy said i had no recoil...i didnt no how if even if it was possible to get unbanned so i just got a new account and panda even knew we talked!
all the other admins were even saying how bs it is to ban someone for noo recoil :(
cant belive this all turned into 2 perma bans on 2 account:( i never did one thing rong everyone in the server will say so

i would do anything to be unbanned guys i dont fucking hack never have i suck at the game css wcs mod is all i do in my free time:(

as far as the ward lol wtf? everyoneeeeeeeeeee accidently has a bad ward i tried getting all 3 outside..2/3 sorry...i had music on like my name said...didnt hear usay shit even tho i already knew i cudnt. thing is the admins r jus lookin for the smallest stuff to jump all over i didnt even have time to say sorry before i was banned thats not making a good playing experiance at all its making it aweful everyone in the server knows cheezzay now and i never do shit rong and deff dont hack obv im pissed cuz i put so much time into that server....what can i say

Why is this under admin abuse... panda did what he should've as an admin... sounds cut and dry to me. Warnings were issued. Original ban time doesn't seem excessive. Perma ban is justified under the "no bypasssing bans" rule

That is an understanding, not a rule. We have acted in a "once a hacker, always a hacker" manner.

However, we don't, at the moment, have a specific rule for alt accounts.

I don't disagree though, if he was found hacking, he should either appeal or take his ban and leave. I do say to permaban until he does one of those on that stance alone.

sure we do, it's called instant ban... leaving a server 2 avoid mute (back in the day) or jumping on a diff account 2 undermine a admins decision = instant ban (not perma). given he's been found for hacking, and perma'd for it.. this account will now be perma banned also.

he can make an unban request, but there is no admin abuse here...
