Why did you order admin?
To help keep the servers clean of hackers and idiots in a community I love to play in.


Why do you want to be an upper level admin?

I've been playing in your servers for god knows how long and know pretty much know everyone. I know the rules and try and hold them up as well as I can. Even annoy the reg admins and friends quite often lol. I give advice the best I can with what is to my knowledge. I don't take much bullshit with people and give them little leeway. I'm not quick to jump the gun and use plenty of caution before I even make a ban decision on hacking. Notice how not one of my bans is fail. I have a keen eye for hackers, some slip by, but one person can't catch them all. I do not and will not jump the gun. I don't punish people unless they really deserve it and always give plenty of warning. I don't ban for retarded periods of time, just enough for someone to cool down and learn their lesson. I'm pretty understanding of different people and try and hear them out before they are forced to leave. I'm pretty active in forums along with servers. I try and help admin or in general when called by users as much as my time lets me. I enjoy actively discussing rules and being involved in "building" up the community as much as my position allows. I'm sure I would be a valuable add to the upper level admin seats.

I'm temporarily subtracting my +1 for now (as though it actually matters amirite? :smirk:). Personally I think that any member of ULA shouldn't publicly criticize another admin, as it compromises their authority. Criticisms/complaints should be done on a PM only basis and shouldn't be brought into a public forum. Personally I think you know better than that Steamer, and if you do get ULA you should make sure that any and all criticisms you have of an admin is done on only a private level. It doesn't look good for you, the admin, or the community if there are public critiques.

Your other job as ULA is also dealing with the other admins when clan cant be bothered to. I've kept many things private between me and people that matter, there would be shit storms of asshurt "criticism / abuse" threads If I haven't. Quite honestly, I'd rather have this community know my true thought's about anything or anyone instead of sugar coating shit.

The last section of your post sounds as if you are talking down to me Disflux, not everything needs to be done in private. Really, I don't know better, as your opinion is not the same as mine, nor will I take said advice.

this is a true statement that ULA is not only a position to help with perma bans, but also to help deal with admin disputes that the clan can't be bothered to deal with. God knows that there's a ton of them on a day to day basis and if they weren't handled by someone in either steam chat or privately, there would be a shit ton more abuse threads, and drama flooding the forums that isn't needed.:reddot:
