we do not have a ze server. the only reason ze maps ever get playd is because stupid little shitheads have a derp moment and actually vote for them.

Yea I've been mapping for maybe 3 years now. I'm not amazing at it thou. Thanks for the tip. But i my rule i stand by is don't allow it to look like ze_euronews. If you want some pics I can dm them to you.

Euronews made that map specifically for this server, and I have to disagree with you on that one. zm_euronews ranks pretty high on my favorite maps. Sure it's huge, but parachutes help cover the distance and of course it appears incomplete. But it serves its purpose pretty well for its appearance. If you can make a map with as much secrets as euronews and ones that aren't blatant or useless, I will look forward to any maps you might create, escape or not. :icon_mrgreen:

Haha Its a good map don't get me wrong. I meant more of the lines of appearance. As a map maker i have OCD about wasted open space.

EDIT: On a side note. I was looking thru the forums there isn't an area (at least from what i saw) where i can post my map and discuss how i can improve etc. Where would i do that?

it's a not good map. dear lord. too open, too freaking huge, and too many questianably illiegal spots. plus it always seems to make the server lag like crazy for some reason.

That will require testing hopefully once i get more done i get get a small group of people and get some feedback. As of now I'm trying to make mine stand out with DMM. However it might lag the server based on how how big i do it. I'm hopeing people like it. I like more realistic Escape maps. So more running and gunning and holding out with almost no cover. Tons of tweaking. Wow i'm starting to rant on. Haha Thanks for welcoming me.
