I noticed that someone was referred from here (http://www.ibisgaming.com/forums/showthread.php/7673-ok-i-serious-gotta-a-fucking-problem) to my website, just curious how the website was referred but apparently the thread has been removed or the link just doesn't work.

because the guy who posted it was a admin and he only wanted admins to see it?

why does this even bother you so much?

Ha! Ha! That's not funny!

OT: I think the real question here is why you wanna know? It's just a referral. What compels you to come to our community, having, as far as I can tell, no interest in us other than that thread. I don't know if you understand how strange this feels to me. I mean it's not like IBIS is planning to destroy you, well as far as I know... ;)

There is the chance he got stuck in a conversation with Wassabi, and wants someone to blame.

My best guess is bandwidth management. Hosting the image on his site costs bandwidth and he wants to see where it goes, doing a check-up saw that he couldn't so he dropped in. And as his name implies, he was curious. I'd call it nothing in the end.

I guess that would make sense... WAY TO RUIN ALL THE FUN.

Yep, just curious. I have put 0% effort to advertising my website so just wondering how people end up there with 0% advertising, well I had a stickied thread on Steam Users' Forums which got up to 7,000 views until some idiotic forum admin (Valve employee) decided I was advertising and ended up unsticking and deleting whole thread and giving me forum infraction, eventhough my website is not harmful, malicious or even ad supported, no banner ads, no nothing and actually useful.. Well once I get off this laziness and actually write some content there... Oops, why did I rant about it here.. Oh well.

Also my webhost (HostGator.com) says I have "unlimited" bandwidth so I shouldn't need to worry about that.

.. I can see I'm not wanted here, feel free to delete both this thread and my user account on this website/forum

It's not being not wanted, it's the community being paranoid about someone asking about a private thread, especially one showing such urgency.
