happens with dboss telling incog at the end of the 28th or 29th? round where last t was so he could defuse. he also admits to being in vent with incog.

I know vac ban doesn't matter, I also know that ghosting is not allowed. According to the rules it is not permaban offense, but I do think this case might be different. I will let clan know.

The VAC ban means nothing. A few people around here would be perma'ed if so.
No hax in the demo at point you state.
Ghosting isn't permanently bannable as the rule's are right now.
