How did he/she abuse:

Kamikazii has been abusing admin for several days now, but it wasn't until just now that I become fed up enough to join the forums where I learned that I needed to record proof. Prior to starting recording, there was only one survivor left on the map, and Kamikazii beaconed him repeatedly. The survivor never agreed to it and reacted unfavorably. I pointed out that he was abusing admin and other players agreed. I began recording after this dialogue.

At the beginning of the following round, it's clear that Kamikazii blinded a player for no apparent reason. Judging by the timing of the command, it looks like Kenny had just turned into a zombie, and Kamikazii was likely trying to escape by blinding him. Again I pointed out that he was abusing his power, and regardless of why he blinded the player, I think that was an inappropriate and unnecessary use of his power. After I stated this, he slapped me repeatedly until I clipped through the ceiling and became stuck. I think this happens around 1:40 in the demo. I told him that I'm going to report him for admin abuse, and he slayed me.

That's what the demo covers. On the previous map, he was repeatedly slapping players and drugging them. None of these players expressed consent. Hours earlier, he gagged a player for breaking a rule that he apparently made up, as I read through all the rules on the forums and I don't see it listed anywhere. Moreover, he issued the gag about 5 minutes after the player had even said anything. I said that he was being unjust and he threatened to firebomb me. He doesn't follow protocol, which calls for kicking rule breakers after issuing a warning. He makes up his own punishments and he gags innocent players like it's his sole responsibility.

On a less formal note, I'm well aware that the server is there for players and admins alike to have fun. Sometimes admins might violate the rules/TOS, but it's always in good nature and no one on the server ever has a problem. I do have a problem though when an admin consistently abuses his power and it gets to the point where it impedes the fun of the players. Removing a player's ability to communicate without just cause is frustrating for the player and can personally ruin the game for me. Yesterday he gagged a player who was supposedly arguing with another player named J. I was there the whole time and the player did nothing to earn a gag, and Kamikazii joked about the player ragequitting after he subsequently left, even though most people probably would in that situation. He always abuses his powers when there are no other admins on.

I regularly see admins like Hef and Chris on the server, and before Kamikazii purchased admin, he would complain nonstop about other players breaking the rules and call for their ban. Hef would state that they were not breaking any rules but Kamikazii kept persisting. Now that he purchased admin, he can enact his will on any player who "annoys him" even if they are not breaking any rules. The examples here are mild and I don't want to call him out for other stuff since I did not record any of it, but I can most definitely point out other times where he consistently expressly abused his power. I can record more demos in the future now that I know they're necessary, but I told him I would be reporting him, so hopefully he'll see this post and start facilitating fun instead of hindering it, just like the other admins do. All I want is to play a clean game where admins kick/ban hackers and rule breakers instead of issuing commands left and right for their own pleasure and at the expense of other players. If the higher powered individuals on here do not feel that he needs to be reprimanded, then please at least speak with him and explain that he should not be using his powers for his own amusement. I know he paid for admin and I don't want to be responsible for him having it revoked, but I do want to log on one day and go through a map problem-free with him as the only admin currently playing.

Sorry for the wordiness. Maynard summed it up right, Kamikazii repeatedly does this stuff but more so in the demo I recorded and the previous map. He was abusing his powers yesterday as well, not as overboard as today, but more so than any other mod I've seen.

To be completely fair, you should judge him by what you see in the demo. You could also log on yourself under another name or something and observe him firsthand. I think I was honest in my post but whatever I said without explicit evidence could always be misconstrued for better or for worse - I'm arguing for him to stop being unjust, so he should be judged impartially based on the demo.

Like I said, I just want to have fun. I don't want to ruin his day and be responsible for getting his powers revoked. I just want someone to let him know that he's there to punish cheaters, not bend the rules for his own benefit.

It is early ill review when i get home but i remember being in the ZM server shortly after he purchased admin and he was questioning me and priest about why he couldn't change gravity and other server settings... he just didnt get it. i would not be surprised if he is abusing as he hadn't read the tos tell me steamer and aco made him, and even then i dont think he even came close to understanding it. the guy is a straight up moron.

Edit: id like to make note that he has some superiority complex regarding having admin and was confused as to why he couldn't fuck with people as much as he wanted to. ill quote him "Im an admin in real life and i can fuck with as many people as i want"

yeah, i saw him firebombing himself and putting up friendlyfire votes ALOT that first night. luckily i was able to keep canceling the ff votes. normally i'd give him the benefit of the doubt because he's new, but he's already gotten his ass chewed out by me, steamer, mikey, AND blade about following the TOS and rules.

he continuously kept trying to do things and use commands we told him were expressly forbidden. both ones that we have no access to, but also ones that we're just not allowed to use, such as changing gravity and certain rcon votes. the entire time i was there he continuously challenged what we had told him, complaining that he should be allowed to do anything since he paid for and bought admin here. i explained that he actually donated, and was given admin as a thank you, and that it can be taken away in a heartbeat, but the man is just retarded.

On a seperate note, I recieved a Steam message about this guy this morning form a regular on the server. I guess he firebombed Ducky without perrmission, and then when Ducky said something to him he got banned for admin disrespect. I have no clue if what was said was disrespectful, but if the admin is disrespecting the players in the first place, I think some level of disrespect should be forgiven.

Played with him about an hour last night (around 10pm pacific time). Not sure if its the same as the demo don't feel like downloading it.

It sounds like he is abusing more than I thought. I was just gonna say give him a suspension but it sounds like that wouldn't be fair for everyone else. From what I saw, He gagged JTdeuce because he (JT) was joking about wanting dick in his mouth or something like that. His excuse was "its the same as no gay sprays" or something like that. That's when I noticed Zebro question Kami and when he abused more. All this happened in zm_subway and as you all know its hell getting to that keypad in T spawn. He started slaying people for "jumping on his head" even though he constantly jumped on my head and wouldn't get off. I had to constantly backup, most of the time I was surrounded by other noobs who wouldn't let me out and by the time I did the zombies had spawn. A bit after he announced that he was slaying, he slayed someone but I doubt it was the right person.

He's had his admin limited, any further abuse with what commands he has will lead 2 a foot up the ass, and either a timeout from the servers or full removal of admin. I suggest bucking up kamikazii and not fucking around anymore given every 1 in the community has a story about how you abuse admin.
