Issues with teams displaying properly

For some reason I'm seeing random CT's with the T's model, and the other way around. I'm also seeing my teammates on the radar as enemies.

When Steam did that present thing before Christmas it screwed it up. Earlier I acctually saw all my teammates as dead players. (The little X) Then I realized that the enemy also showed up as x's as well.

ive been having teammates show up as enemies, as bombs, and as radars. yes, the player is the green circle thingy.

I get weird stuff like that a few times a night.

I'll get enemies as friends and vice versa.

The worst is when i cant see the player what so ever.

The radar is also screwed up.

I find that reconnecting helps alleviate the skin issue.

The radar issue seems to be map specific.
