Reason for perma ban: Ron came into the server, started team attacking immediately. He was told not to right away. I had thought a player Figment started it (after seeing his name flooding as the majority of team attacks), so I kicked him as a warning. Figment rejoined and informed me of why he team attacked. Ron was slayed for a team kill.
He left and rejoined, then joined the opposite team. After he killed me quite quickly (with a glock and only a few shots without a miss), I spectated him and noticed he was aimbotting. I immediately banned him. Judge for yourself.
