If this is enough to show how much he's had it in for me and by repeatidly claiming I cheated was his way of starting a witch hunt. I posted a reply to bretts post of me supposedly cheating and he even says he wasn't sure but he put it up anyways... I don't mind him putting up a demo of me, but there are literally 100's of games of me playing, please go through them and review them all you want. I'm sure as blade was saying just before I got banned, that you can put enough demo's of anyone who plays here enough to piece together a so-called hacker... I think what really pisses a few ppl off is that I got that many wins... I have played here over a year ago and took some time off cause that's what I do with CSS esp gg. If anyone knows who has any lick of common sense is that some very good players develop a sense of how maps are played and ppl are repititive and us "better" players listen and anticipate other players we play with... I think I get killed more by newb players than players who are of a higher caliber.. Why is that? It's because of their randomness and the more cautious players who "know" the maps will know where to go and where to be cautious at. I am never disrespectful to anyone and I have called a few hackers in GG and notified a few admins... I do like IBIS a lot and I even pay for a reserved slot. I do not want admin I just like to play and have fun and YES i'm a very good player and the funny thing is that i seldom try, I play to play. I think it's the players who I've come to know who I joke & tease that makes playing at IBIS a fun gg server. I do not like drama and even in my own personal life I keep it to a bare minimum, I'm honest and forthright in my opinions and always give ppl the benefit of the doubt. What irks me to know ends are high pingers... lol They drive me crazy and that's ok, we all have our issues i guess? lol I even tolerate all those ppl who jokingly and not call me a cheater/hacker, etc... Because as I've said in another post I do not cheat, I will not cheat! I have learned a long time ago that ppl will say what ever suits their agendas... Now I'm not saying everyone has it in for me, just those inferior players who put too much time & effort into looking for things that are not there. I will respect whatever decisions the clans or head admins make and last but not least I have enjoyed my time at IBIS and even though there are a few who have their own personal issues with ppl who are better than them I still wish everyone the very best. This is shocking and in a way hard to read. I have know you guys for a few months now. I have played in competitive games and what not since 1.6 and I have big check that went out to my clan to prove it. I can say this by experience that people who strive to achieve the best are ones who face the most trouble from any form or kind. This just might be one of them. I have not known Mut as you guys know him but from what I know he seems to be a Genuine guy. And based on his experience a score of 963 is not easy to come by. You really have to be at the top of your game to actually achieve or have alot of time on your hands.

Now after watching that demo I did see allot of different strategies Mut was using. And quite honestly they were really obvious and predictable on the part of the player that were playing against us. If you had been playing this long in all seriousness you would be using doing same things in a competitive match. The first move where he goes and sits behind the box was unpredictable and did bring him a few kills. Second time he went to the same spot to try that manoeuvre again he got shot and killed he change up his game he used that unsuspecting knife strategy where he sits down near the tower and waits for most of them to go in and jumps out and knife's them in the back. But remember he is still taking a risk still there a T could have popped up and caught him with cover behind those boxes.

I have no idea how many times he must have played that map in the past to have perfected on it but it seems like a strategy I can try some day. And I will for sure.

The other questionable kill was that HS that he got on RON Paul before the end of the game. And I can say that was judgement kill Ron had no other way that was as covered as that side track near the way leading towards the stair case and luckily his hunch was right and boom.

I know I don't have much of a say in this matter. I am a new admin I can just try to convey a message whereas upper admins have to decide on the matter. My recommendation to you is pull out as many games as you can and see as and find the games that can make or break this case. He deserves that guys he has worked really hard for this.

Coming to the point. Yes I have been off CSS for a really long time like 2 years while I was trying out other shooter games etc. What made me come back was the whole environment of this server or this game would have been rotting away like most others on my steam list. And yes off course score whoring. Now someday if I even come close to his gaming style and get a ban I know what he's going through. I have had huge disappointments in my time online too through other issues but long story short. Everyone deserves a second chance. And if you do find atleast 3 or 4 that actually look good at random ofcourse you can decide then.

Now I don't know what rates ticks etc etc stand for so. Guys don't start judging me over this you know what's right and what's wrong and I am not judging anyone here. Cause I love this server and everyone in it and I hope you take my suggestion openly.

mutt... buddy... i watched your demo too, just because i couldnt believe it that someone has so called proof of u hacking...
I actually thought i was going to face a fail demo of u playing 'well'...
but i was honestly shocked to see with my own eyes a LOT of bs in that game...
You pause at the beginning of every few rounds and then play, coincidently, it;s the same rounds that people mentionned tick marks off...
the para round was just absolute bs... i get it that you might be randomly crouching and testing your luck around a corner...but i saw u crouch/stealth the EXACT second i saw that enemy in wireframe around the wall..but to look BACK at your own spawn, directly at a player without even looking anywhere else if someone is baiting u ...

i can go on with many bs tick marks that people mentionned there, but for example tick mark 38k ... u litterally have ur crosshair on the guy while tracing through the wall... when there was no way in hell you could have even know if a guy was even TOWARDS that side of that map... not to mention u aiming at a wall???... a "better player" like you call yourself would probably cover his right path which was clear to whoever was coming that way... coincidently, ur body was oriented only towards a random 'spot" on teh map...

when u went up the tower, cant remember the tick, you traced through 3 people through the wall before you even got up the ladder....

balblbla... just watch your own demo man... geez... I get it that some shit could be skills or luck, or radar or teammates... but come on... some of it is absolutely ridiculous...

I like u mut... i liked u as an annoying and challenging player that i keep raping in knifing... but to know that you would sink that low... by using walls?... well i can see why you "hardly try at all, you just play to play"... no shit if u have the upperhand...

Cyber despite what you say or think I don't cheat. I think you want to see whatever it is u want and I will continue to tell you and anyone else I don't cheat. I think you are biased from the beginning and whether or not you or anyone thinks I cheat that's totally up to you. I won every game fairly and yeah I don't play to win every game cause I like to play. When I do try there isn't too many who stand a chance. Penis, Fluffy and on occassion Xerinex gives me a go but the reality of the situation as it stand you made up ur minds I believe a while back. I think the maturity level of having power over other ppl seems to be the guiding factor in you and some others being admin. There is no proof only what you want to see. If u look at other players I'm sure you will find similiar things to bring up to try and back up ur claims. This is just a fun game that I thoroughly enjoy. Until it's finalized one way or the other then I will continue to state my innocense, but when that time comes I will leave with my head held up high. I wont be mad at anyone for accusing me of cheating but I think a lot of the ones who want to believe I hack are themselves with the issues. It's one thing to assume but to have concrete 100% instead of just assuming or saying I do after watching a video is, yes, a form of witchhunting. I think shady made every attempt from the get go get me banned. He abused me on more than on occassion out of spite and this is just another form of abuse. If you want to accuse me of cheating then do so but at least show the same respect I have given to all you nay sayers. For those who have my back I do appreciate it and I thank you for you support. Think logically, why would I play so much besides being off for the winter from work, to win so much and to cheat while I'm in second place or at any time. Thanks Cyber I wasn't really pointing at u... Same as brett that's why I told him I wont be mad. I juts watched the demo with my brother and we could see why some ppl would think that, but that's just in behind the box, that's a path and I heard ppl there and I know through experience that ppl run that way, it's an obvious spot. I think this is for the most part another way for me not to get top 1 spot by some... Not all, I know brett wants the best for IBIS and he is diligent in trying to find cheaters and he has my respect for sure same as you cyber regardless of what you think of me atm... I have not cheated not now nor ever. I have done more suspicious shots that I even called myself on said take a demo someone on that shot... LOL Cause I do some crazy shots & plays. I still think that demo isn't proof but it's enough for some ppl to give me the boot becuase of the leader board... Sorry to hear that mut was perabanned, I have my doubts, because I have specd him many many times before, with all his "bs". And he seemd clean. I have seen many hackers, and yes back in the day tested a few out. Just a little background on me been playing since 2000 so whatever beta version that was. And was really really good on those versions 3.3 in particular.. I stopped playing after college for a while and just started back about 3 years ago. I will blame all my crappiness of my 11 yera old machine. Lets just say I have video lag at times, alot of it..
Anywho . I do want to see the demo of his Whacking. I honestly dont believe it, and here is why... I feel he should have been banned a long time ago if he was walling. It is very obvious to see it in 99% of everyone's play who walls. .. Why wasnt it noticed untill now. To "let" him own for over a year. I have seen really good CAL players play and do the exact things mut does. Maybe take away his stats and watch him again go back to the top. Not ban him. If you cannot find anything concreate onther than in this ONE demo.
Anywho I do not have anything else to say. Other than where can I see the demo.

yes, it is currently a permaban. however note that only 2 of the uppers and no clan voted on the matter, therefore it can still be overturned.

well actually, normally when a ban is upgraded to perma by 2 out of 4 uppers, or by clan, then it normally is the relatively-final decision because of the general consensus of the tick marks noticed...
but because your unban request was made after 1 or more uppers already upgraded to perma... then we wait on the other uppers to confirm the hacks (3/4) or to tie the votes 2-2 where a clan , or zero, steps up with an overruling decision...

ps: we, at ibis, have respect for gd players that "dont act like douchebags in unban threads...", we are civilised people after all lol... and like someone said above, we also respect ur way of handling the ban process. We ask you to take a break until the rest of the votes are in, and we shall see... gd luck, i honestly wished u werent hacking, but it's no longer our worry, it's people above us now. take care.

again let me say that if you are legit, i do apologize. i think cyber pointed out that i did defend you in a previous thread, i just thought that what i saw in the demo i pulled was suspicious to warrant more looks by higher-ups. we do appreciate patience and professionalism, and we're glad to help you out and make sure you get your due process because you're willing to cooperate and everything. now if you came in here like mozart and just spammed the shit outta our forums, it'd be another story entirely, but since (at least until this incident) many in the community have a generally high opinion of you, we have no desire to unnecessarily get rid of you. that being said, i still stand by the visual evidence i found, you may have just gotten lucky to the point where it ends up being bad luck but if we took that as a possibility in every case of wallhacks, nobody would be banned for it. it is a very difficult line to walk, in determining between luck+skill or wallhacks, and if a mistake was made i again apologize. unfortunately, all we can go on is what we see, and myself along with those who pay to contribute in a bigger part to this community and who are tasked with policing the servers (those who have voiced their inputs so far anyway) see illegitimate play.

Today while I was playing, I got a lot of shots that I thought..."damn, that looked like I was hacking"..rofl. I never really think about it a lot, but for some reason I felt thoughtful about it, and really, anyone can be accused and can get a demo of them that's questionable. Questionable and conclusive are very different things. If you are legit and going through this, I can't imagine how you feel lol. If someone all of a sudden accused me of hacking, and people from the community agreed, but I knew I wasn't...I think I would feel pretty helpless, as you are. Either way..what is done is done and all you can do now is sit and wait. My stance is that I'm neutral atm. I'm not in a position to say either way what I think..so ill sit back and wait too.

I was not able to watch the video, so I do not know. I will say I have played on several severs with Xerenix and respect his opinion. At least in the clan I used to be in, this was a decision for the admins. Mut if you did not hack, I hope things work out for you. If you did, well, I have nothing to say. Needs a poll mut, If one was up I would vote unban. The evidence in this demo is inconclusive. What tick do you guys want me to explain? The box on para? He hears the guy walking, it takes him a second or two to come around the corner of the box, the guy is farther away then, which makes it seem like walls. Seems like he just poked his head out and popped the guy off without having any clue he was there, but the clue is there, in the sound. If you listen on muts screen you can hear the footstep or two and you can see his reaction to the sound.

Whats next? 38k? The knife on the guy? All sound. He didn't trace the guy, yes he put his crosshair on him for a split second, big deal, I am sure if I watch all you guys shit for a while under a microscope I am going to see your crosshairs on people through walls for a split second as well. He doesn't check his right? Well there is 3 people left, and the other 2 are on radar for sure. One just killed his teammate and the other one is in a firefight with man QQ. He hears him running and he homes in on it for the kill.

I am with Spasm on this one. Every one of the tic marks shows Mut using radar, prediction, or sounds. If this were a map other than aztec, I may or may not see something. But on this map, even I can tell where people are going.
