You mean a necklace right? Vaga's can't buy a ring unless something has changed during my hiatus.

Also, Race: Human, Hells Demon, Blood Mage, Raiden, or Die Xonvert

Weapon: Knife, suppressed M4A1, suppressed USP, Para, or grenades

Shop Items: Health, Necklace, and either a Ring or Helm depending on who's on or Gloves if I'm playing Raiden.
