How did he/she abuse (See TOS): First off, he would slay cts that would be trying to cade for no reason. Then I shot a nade at a vend machine to get one on top of our cade, meanwhile I was stuck on the ceiling from the map and then was slay by him because he said I was cade breaking :/ So of course I was upset that he would just slay me for NO REASON and not give ANY warning, so I said some things that hurt his little feelings because he then kicked me, 3-4 times, then banned me.
Pretty sad if you ask me how some admins can act like they own the server when their there to keep hackers out not when they
get butt-hurt from some words, pathetic really :/ He could of just muted me. Instead he thought he would be cool and kick/ban me, lol.
Whether or not the ban was deserved for my remarks IDC but I still feel as though he was abusing his admin, and as I can see it's not the first time.

even if he unbanned you it would still show up, are you sure you weren't kicked? also, you'll need to show the proof, pull up the demos of the maps he was doing these actions on.

I wish I could of gotten proof but unfortunately I wasnt able to record or expect this to happen.
I will make note to start recording though or keeping a copy of my console next time.

As for the ban- he may have kicked me with the comment (banned), trying to fool me in thinking I was banned.
I gave up after being constantly kicked

As for the demo, I know you guys have sourcetv for any dems but really its not that big of a deal to me I will just make sure next time to record my own demo.
But if this kid is admin abusing and not his first time I would maybe look into it.

I believe that up until your kick everything was done correctly. I believe what he did was on the 5th or 6th time that he kicked you, he left you a message that said banned.
You were very disrespectful to Kamakazi for blocking a crouchspot. The rules state 2 per opening, and you were number 3 man. To be honsest I probally would have just Mute/Gagged you, but an hour ban could have easily substituted. So Yakuza you did not get banned, and even if you would have been banned after the warnings he gave you. It would have been ok.

Kam, at the same time you did the excessive !kick for fun. Once you kicked him you should have given him the chance to except that punishment. Instead you kept kicking him to be a dickhead. You then used "!kick kuza (banned)". You then publicly bashed on the guy which was really not needed. I can't tell you how to be an admin, but pissing on the players isn't great for an admin to do.

The way that "!kick" was used over and over, could be seen as abuse in my opinion.

I wasn't kicking for fun, he was being disrespectful - I did publicly bash him for believing "!kick kuza banned" was an actual ban but the first time I kicked him he came back and kept at it so I didn't believe it was excessive, I just lack the power to do a 10 minute ban and he made no indication he was going to stop being disrespectful after he came back the first time.

Also I'd like to add, that while it doesn't make bashing him as an admin justified after kicking him (in spite of believing "Kicked by administrator: reason banned" meant he was kicked) - I didn't start the bashing, I was just going with/adding to it as banter with other players in the game.

I don't have ban rights - I did a 2 month ban on a reg that I thought was noclipping when it was a map glitch.

You (kami) kicked me several times not even letting me come back to play, you could of gagged me for this so called disrespect, but you are the only person to go ahead and constantly kick me not letting me come back to play. Not even after the 1st kick, you just kept kicking me. I gave up after you wrote banned because I had a feeling I wasnt. just gave up trying.
Also, about that spot. I NEVER!!!! seen any admin block that spot from letting other players.
As for your say Rosie, if you didnt notice, he was the 1st person in that room, hence he had NO right blocking the way in from others.
Where are the rules for that spot specific? Show me and Ill shut up. He didnt have the right to kick me like that, he could of either banned me or fucking gagged me.

I blocked a CROUCH SPOT WITH A SINGLE ENTRANCE from allowing a dozen people inside, had I any confidence whatsoever I could move quickly enough to let the first guy in and get back in the way I would have - but not being possible in any way I know how to move in zmod, I just tried to move quickly enough to let the guy immediately right behind me in when the first guy outside got tagged, sadly he wasn't quick enough when I moved and I was unable to hold the room with a prestacked zombie train halfway in the crouch spot (I'm definitely not a zmod pro, but I do know enough not to expect to defend that spot with just myself and a shotgun - the intent wasn't to block Icey, but you - absolutely).

1. actually, it DOES give him the right to kick/mute/gag/eventually-ban you. clearly stated in the rules.
2. so, you admit to breaking aforementioned rule
3. so? admins are all different. some are more laid back, some aren't. just because one admin lets you call them a fag, doesn't mean you can do that to everyone. say your best friend and you always insult each other for fun. you go to a job interview and immediately start talking to the person like they were your friend. you'd be retarded. same exact situation here, except that technically the afforementioned joking was against the rules, yet the admin was allowing it.
