sm plugin tracker?

I was wondering if there was a plugin we could add to the servers to pull a steam id of a specific person an admin is speccing. Similar to spray tracking and not like auto observe. The idea stemmed from an even easier and swifter way of dealing with specificly lua hackers. It would also help expodite bans for admins as they would not need to stsatus in console for a id during an overwhelming situation.

It's fairly easy to edit it to make it a public command to, useful for all players.
I can probably edit it and add a public menu to it, its like you say a useful feature, for both admins and for players.

Small edit, just noticed this is added, but I can still provide a public command/menu if Zero wants/needs it.
