How i came to this conclusion:
i was doing some research on the other Cocaine's steam id, when i came across this sourceban list and ran a few queries, here's the final query:

As you can see, both the Name AND and ip addresses associated with Cocaine's steam id , and this guy's steam id , are the same. Hence i came to the conclusion that cocaine has a duplicate account , and wish to blacklist him in case he decides to join with that later and we dont notice it because of all the players that rotate our servers...).
