I watched his whole time playing that map. The only fishy thing I saw was 13200 and that was just noobish luck, IMO. I don't think this is enough to warrant a perma. Inconclusive, IMO.

im confused too as to the whole ban in the first place... of the three people you found, i would have sworn this guy was the most obvious...
regardless, he'll be under constant supervision.
im gonna suggest an idea in admin section.

I sat for two hours and watched this between the three of them. I slowed it, I rewound, I watched other players reactions. The works. I'm only saying that I saw nothing in these demo that was concrete. If they're hacking they will get caught.
