Time:2012-03-03 12:32:00 PM and 12:52:00 PM times on source tv

How did he/she abuse:
1)using admin commands without the admin tag
2) puting up vote to ban player
3) slaping players trough mass spams
4)freezing and firebombing people for no reason

I was just a bit surprised that i told ppl who were in that server, aling with xerenix that it was being handled.
