Dear OP, my apologizes for the people flamming you on this forums, a lot of them have nothing else to do on a wednesday night.
The unban process is pretty simple, for each ban you get, you need to purchase admin twice. If you are planning on playing on multiple servers, i strongly recommend you purchase admin for each of those.
The wcs server is a tricky problem because of the mod installed.
In order to unban yourself, you have two obvious solutions that no one apparently wants to share in order to avoid the paperwork.
1- purchase admin again using a different method: if u used paypal, use a credit card or vice versa. The reason is: KAR bans put a 'black dot' on a purchase the first time, it's like havig a dot on ur driving license, you'd have to renew it again in order to get rid of it. And only with another payment that kar bans are overruled automatically by the system and you get unbanned automatically.
2- another option is,i you dont have another payment method, if you have another steam account, it's to purchase admin on that account (and reserve slot because we are overpopulated with regulars these days) and when u do, there's a special admin section on the forums to which you create an admin thread with a link to this thread (u have to post the request with both ur old and new steam id because older and important threads, like this one, get burried in a pile o other threads) and request to be unbanned on this account.
Then you make a poll to which you can vote on yourself, being an admin. the poll requires the consensus of at least 1 admin ( which can be yourself).
When u post ur vote, a forums window will pop up (please make sure ur browser allows popups) and u can uncheck a current ban on tha player, ie ur old account.

We apologize for the complicated senario, but our servers are being worked on recently in order to add new skins for our amazin races at wcs, and you were probably banned accidentally by poor timing...

He has no steam id in his account? How do we know what his ban was? I was actually going to post a link to the unban section for KAC b/c they may unban him or who knows what but at least he can try. I also wanted to look up the ban in their list to make sure there is not an error b/c if there was I could override the ban by fixing whatever caused the missban assuming there was one.

Regardless we already know that admins can not unban themselves and therefore trying to order admin to unban yourself is a bad idea.
