like it told me 2 wait 2 days.....
is it possible to shorten it to maybe......5 mins?

You dont have to do that, theres an admin menu.

For what? To use admin you just type

bind "key" admin

into console. Where it says "key" you put what key on the keyboard you want it to be. Then when you get in the server you hit that key and a menu will pop up on the middle left side of your screen.
