Other/Reason to unban:
I have been playing on this server for a while now. I have my up games, and down games. I have recently obtained a new mouse as mine has died (I can prove that if need be) and bound my mouse wheel to fire. When races such as flame pred come up, I switch to the mousewheel, which causes shaky aiming since your hand is awkward on the mouse. When I have the tag (No Sound) in my name, that means that I am working typically, and I have 2 computers on my desk. When I am working I switch between mice sporatically, or switching which screen I am looking at. I see that the video has 2 kills in there, where I die immediately after, and the first one I shook. I was shaking because it was a flame pred, he's hard to see and moves fast, I have no chance at hitting him if I try to aim for him, so I shoot sporatically. All of this information above can be verified, I can take pictures of my setup, show you a video of my computer, I have no hacks. I program for an internship and for school, I would not risk a virus damaging my important files.

thing is, it's not just shaking, which is understandable to a certain degree. it's a back and forth sawing-like motion where whenever a bullet comes out, you're on target and between bullets you're aiming 10 feet away from the target. i'm sorry but the ula's and i can't believe that's anything but unnatural, especially being as consistent as it was in the demo. but the final call isn't up to me, so good luck and if for some reason your ban is overturned, then i'll see you in-game and i'll apologize for the inconvenience.

i would like to add that impact has added me on steam friends and has been very courteous.

He can be a Chill guy but if your found to be hacking your not welcome on our servers. 2 Ulas confirmed you had a hack on, sorry Impact but it does not look like a good future for you

Courteous or not, something is altering your shots in that demo. Your shots are not indicative of shaking of being nervous, it shows your shots being altered by a program. Like playing with you impact, but the evidence is solid.

I'm just not quite understanding, there was a Flame Predator, and they move quick and are hard to shoot. So my tactic is to aim randomly and hope I bash him, which it looked like someone else did. I play on only VAC servers and in full screen mode, the warden would find any 3rd party programs altering my aim if I ever had one. I can give you scan reports, anything, I do not have any programs to alter the game, I only have M4 and AK47 skins that I saw were 'HD' which sound like crap.

Ah I see the video you are talking about, all I can say is, I saw like 2-3 people so I shot sporadically. I know I'm not hacking, but I'll leave it up to you guys to decide. Thanks for letting me play the servers, had a lot of fun.
