Kicked after map change for choosing a limited race

How did he/she abuse (See TOS):
I was kicked from the server in order for the admin to secure the vagabond race that he was playing on the previous map. I happened to join the new map and noticed that no one on my team was playing it so I chose to play it and for no reason did i force the admin to join my team. If I were to return to the server, I would find that I am no longer able to choose the race because it is limited to 1 player per team (which the admin would now have chosen).

Proof (Proof is NEEDED in order to report abuse, if the abuse contains admin commands and chat only a date and time is needed; however, a screen shot or console copy is helpful):
I cannot give proof to the claim with screenshots or console logs as I have closed the application before coming to this point of contact and am ignorant of the requirements for posting such behavior. However, the admins Starsmine and Cyber were also there and they too tried to coerce me to switch races as if it were some hidden rule on the forums that I have yet to find. If it is a rule, I would ask to be pointed in the correct thread to read it since there are many situations where enforcing such a rule would lead to ambiguity in admin judgment.

If it is not too much trouble, please discuss this with the rest of the administration or post a sticky somewhere in the rules or WCS forum. I've heard this situation announced in server chat previously but with no definitive answer as per IBIS rules. Thanks for your patience.

I joined the game immediately after the map change and I hit auto assign which put me on ct. I then waited until the round started before I noticed I had to choose a race. I then did playerinfo to find out who had taken it. I asked meatspin to please change race as I had first dibs on since I played it last map. He said I didn't force you to join ct. Which is lulzworthy. He's been here long enough and should know the rules. But I proceeded to warn him for 3 or 4 rounds before i said if you don't change I'm going to kick you. He was even told by cyber that I was right and he did need to change. So I kicked him and played vaga.

If I'm in the wrong feel free to tell me so but meatspin, you should know the rules you play on the servers alot. So don't get mad at me when you make me kick you.
