Does anyone do blender modeling?

I have been doing some modeling for some private servers in gunz, anyone else know any tips/tricks?
I am the only one currently at trinity ent for gunz.
I was asked about making a admin jacket with the wings but its alot trickier then I imagined.

Thanks guy for the advice, I have looked at some tutorials but I kinda wanted hands on critisicm.
I just got the wings to be animated along with the jacket.
