Reason for perma ban: hacks
It was obvious to me when he killed me "while afk" and changing his name. Then when he changed his name to mine I knew for sure, didn't take long for him to show it considering no one was in the server lol. He was clearly testing out his hax (he does speed too). Guy left before I could ban, so I downloaded the demo, looked for steam id and banned him afterward. This is a no brainer
