did you set up a recurring payment, or a one-time thing?

your admin wasn't removed for any reason, so odds are it's a billing issue regarding your paypal account and or the amount of money in it.

If ur paypal funding source is currently a debit account, the payment cohld be via e-check which takes about 7 days... Thats the issue i see sometimes.
