I've played in the WC server a couple times but I don't care much for mods.

TBH I have a love-hate relationship with WCS. Most of the time I just like to shoot things right away on GG. But when I am up for a challenge I'd go for WCS.

I tried out a little WCS last night, not entirely sure what I feel about it.
I played it back in 1.6 for awhile, but I'm more of a standard maps and rotation server type of player.
Gungame isn't bad though, we'll have to see! :) I'll usually go wherever I have friends playing.

yeah same here i hop on any server that friends are playing but I will say this i hated wcs until i started getting some levels and did become addicting... if you kinda keep at it it becomes fun once you got alot of the shit down

and the binding of keys i don't really remember either.. plus everytime i join everyone is already like 2398572947 levels ahead of me :P

Well, I still think I prefer the regular game play server, but if I had to choose a mod I'd probably play gungame.
When you manipulate it too much it becomes a completely different game.. which some people might like, it's just not for me! I play cs to play cs.

pubs boring... and saying that CS mods aren't CS is just asinine...

when you've been playing CS for as long as I have.. which MANY people have... you kind of get tired of the same thing over and over and eventually find yourself wanting more of a challenge or just something 2 break the monotony. hence why mods like WCS, GG and ZM have existed for ages. I could understand the argument you're trying 2 make if you were talking about ZM and only ZM... as it's not competitive CS... both teams don't have guns, and spend the round out of the game when killed. Obviously play whatever tickles your fancy... but there's a reason PUB is our least active server.
