as far as i know, bypassing a ban is still a permable offense. you can see (http://www.ibisgaming.com/sourcebans/index.php?p=banlist&advSearch=66.177.171.189&advType=ip&Submit) he was banned for a day by kronik, then came back, same name, same ip, different steamid, to get a 5 min autoban. makes my job easy. made this one an ip ban.

bypassing a ban, just means the ban gets far more time added onto it... most commonly double the time. leave him on the month ban. we will see how he behaves whe he comes off of it.
