After rewatching the demo, I'd say just watch everything from tick 8000.... Take a special notice how he follows the vagabond.

Notice his awful shooting at 11000 and then 19500 and others. For a new player, he just has WAY too many bullshit moments. (24000 when he KNEW exactly where to find Shady). As I've said, virtually every round has bullshit moments. (The moment right before the ban is what made my mind)

Im not sure spasm but perhaps he copy pasted the thread format from Another thread and changed the different info and forgot to change the hacking reason? That or he meant to say walls instead of aimbot, it hallened to me once then i went and re-edited my thread. I will try to take a look at this thread but i cant promise anything given my unbelievably busy schedule till tuesday:s

I don't like having a third option. If its inconclusive, that's no ban, i.e. vote no. you can elaborate on that no vote in you're post but if the demo is not conclusive, vote no ban.

It's the shit people usually type for poll that bothers me. A simple Ban or Don't Ban I would vote Don't. When people say "No, he doesn't hack" as an option, I do not like voting it.

There are things that seem like signs of walling, as knowing position on certain occasions and timing of passage. Some spots he wont even go near as he "knows" people are crouch camping, IE: The hostie window with T in corner. Need more evidence. Don't jump the gun so fast. Take you time with walling and make sure there is a big amount of evidence when they don't directly trace.

as far as this case goes, my vote would be yes for walls. watch ticks 9k, 13k, and 15k through the end of that round. tons of dead on walltraces just that early in the demo.

he does also have one other ban i could find, for aimbot/wallhacks http://nomstats.clanservers.com/banned/index.php?page=banlist&sr=0&sd=DESC&sc=add_date&bf=4&bri=&ba=&searchText=&lg=Latvian , banned on 5/19.

also his steam profile is not set up, so it's likely a relatively new account.

and more: through this info i found an old steamid (same name, same ip) http://www.clanbam.com/stats1/player.php?id=3149 which was vac banned on 5/2

that data gives me more reason to say: BAN.

well as far as rulings go for ULAs, we can only change our vote from YES to a NO, but not vice versa.
Seeing that you already voted NO, unless clan intervenes and allows you to recast your vote, you're pretty much stuck with ur vote... That;s one reason why I also check for walls in aimbot demos... lol
im on a unix platform now, cant rly check the demo or anything until i get home at night and view it on my computer...

i spent the last 15 minutes going through ULA threads for smthn either you or zero posted about this issue, i cant find it for the life of me... but if i remember what i read, it was that "using the same demo and same evidence povided by the regular admins, you can decide to move your move from a YES to a NO, but you cannot go from NO to yes."

the key word is "same proof" . if i find that fucking post i will link to it , but the idea was that steamr didnt stumble on a new demo of the guy hacking, its the same demo but looked at differently... but i guess the wording tricked me.
