Reason for perma ban: toggling aim
Basically, watch his 7-0 spree under a racist name and then go off into a spectator mod once he notices an admin is there. A few times across the whole time he doesn't play again when notices an admin tag but finally in lost temple he doesn't see me (I'm there under a different name) and plays normally and can't really kill anything until suddenly he starts giving one headshot after the other. Russka has some same paterns... One moment he can't hit a person (although he does skilfully evades other players) and the other moment he gets a headshot after a headshot. I have honestly not reviewed the demos, but I felt fairly strong about this to hang around for so long. If you guys want me to provide ticks, I can do so tonight or tomorrow evening.
