I know all of the server rules, have played here before, yet i got banned on the spot today for no reason.
As far as i know you need a demo to ban someone, and no demo was recorded of me.
(/\) Socrates and Nihilist kept whining and going back and forth about how i wallhack blah blah blah.

those two are complete fucking noobs.
i shot a guy through a box where the bomb was planted because i HEARD him defuse. and they say i hack.
i headshot someone around the corner because he is RUNNING the whole time. they say i hack.

i really wouldnt care if i got banned if 1) wear headphones and 2) record a demo.

i hate appealing bans, why cant people just not whine so much?

No admin pulled me aside to even talk to me previously.
Ive been playing this game almost 10 years (cs began in '99ish) and i hope that deserves some credit.

You were in the pub earlier today too. You and your friend danimal (not the danimal whose a regular... these two had a tag, i think it was [naked]) were both walling. There were multiple times when you both tracked players through walls. When you two were on opposite teams on de_rush (i think thats the map) you were actually following eachother through the wall.

... It wasn't random and it wasn't a couple noobs complaining. I don't know if Rico got a demo but I know he was pretty suspicious of you guys.

not much i can do to defend myself when there is no demo, only accusations.
all i can say is that i dont hack... ive been playing this game forever, and hacking is not a way to have fun.
i mean i was never inconsistent with my skill level so i dont see where there could be accusations, my aim is good, logic good, teamwork is good too... then just accused of walling because i use everything to figure out where someone is... radar, teammates, sounds, broken windows etc...

oh well, i wont bother you guys any more then :( ive been in this situation enough times- peace.

I will note that there stats are suspicious but he was doing well even when the other player was on. I can say that if 1-2 more of there clan members are perma banned on the servers we will just ban the entire clan under the assumption that they are all hacking. :smirk:

Actually I remember when the other peeps with the NAKED tag were banned. I think I still have demos of them. So I agree with Dual about not trusting them

Zero, I was pmed by several regs in the server that this guy was blatantly walling with his partner in the server. I come in and even when I was present he still continued to wall in front of my own eyes.
In my judgment I felt a demo was not needed due to the blatant wallhacking that this perp was committing.

Note: The whole server was in agreement. Now I know you said a demo is not needed if it was blatant. Yes, this my friend was blatant. The problem is that he was too noob to cover it.

I believe these two are wall hacking or venting. I also believe they are smarter than to let someone demo them while doing it.

I was playing with them earlier. I had whytboiz come into the server and watch them too under an alias. He immediately claimed that something fishy was going on but later renegged. Again, I believe they were toggling cheats or not communicating so as not to get caught.

My experience with them was that they would suck horribly and even stated so in chat when I was in spec. As soon as I came into the game they would pick back up again. There were just too many times where I would come around a corner while walking and get popped by either danimal or nub shtrike in the head.

Nub-Shtrike IS GUILTY OF HACKING, WITHOUT ANY DOUBT!
i witnessed him and his partner hacking on several occasions, throughout two day period. Unfortunately enough there were no admins around to report their actions sooner than today. With over many many years of my own personal experiences in CSS, it was clear to me that these guyes were hacking without any shame and regret (bunch of teenage outkasts)

In addition... I witnessed many instances of pre-firing... I know that you can use radar/awesome headphones to know where people are at and then pre-fire... but both of them would come around a corner aiming at the head... it is one thing to prefire and another to prefire at someone's head...
... I apologize if this is incoherent... i've been drink and through a weird chain of events have lost a good amount of blood tonight...

... regardless these two hacked AND copied the names of danimal and strike which is against the rules... even if they weren't hacking they should be punished for impersonating another member of the ibis community...

If he is in a team that well known for hacking, then you must think he hacking aswell why else would some one join a team of hackers if they do not hack. So I say, keep him banned for joining hackers, and siding with hackers.

Numerous times i told them (Socrates and Teq) to record demos after they would whine about shit and still they didnt. So what is this shit about us not wanting demo's recorded.
We were not venting, we live in the same dorm. I dont fucking look on his screen to see where someone is, thats gay, i give people the same chance as me. Also note that we were rarely dead therefore could not free spectate as much as you would like to think we were.

The "team" known for hacking actually just consists of me, danimal, and nubshauce (who played as [NAKED] Paper Bullets). So i didnt "join hackers" or "Side with hackers" as Pink put it.
Truth is, we dont hack, i was actually "permabanned" earlier but for some reason it reset, so i decided to try my luck again, to no avail the players in the server are of the recurring sub-par skill.

I dont know how to respond to someone accusing us of hacking when we simply dont. lol sorry but we dont 'toggle' or any of that shit, we just fucking play.

i have a athlon x2 dual core 3.0 ghz, and 8800gts nividia card with 2 gigs of ram.
maybe trying to record at 1650x1080 not the best idea. haha.
just thought of another idea though i can have Danimal spectate me 1st person and fraps from his computer therefore no performance reduction on my end, almost the real thing! and vice versa.

Archive has been analyzed, this user is supposed to be perma banned for walling/ghosting. He was banned in June, there must have been an error and he was some how unbanned. In addition it is very very likely that he was ghosting this time with his friends but over vent instead of at the same house. I do know that the player he was ghosting with is in the same city, at the very least.

Shall we motion to place this clan on the perma ban watch list to further protect the servers? :smirk:

umm i already told you that he is my dorm room-mate... lol
and we werent dead enough to ghost effectively.
nor were we on vent.
and there was never a demo recorded of me in the archives i dont believe.

so why not just let me clear the situation up by playing in the server WHILE frapsing, to show that we dont hack. such a simple solution to a problem that can be easily truncated.

and i never talk shit in the server, the exception was when those two had been accusing me of hacking - had to take the opportunity, and they just wouldnt be quiet. i never have microphones turned on for that reason too- otherwise i couldnt focus to play. and its not like im just calling everyone on the server a noob, not close to it, but sorry if i had said that earlier.
