he certainly did bypass it, but also was found innocent in this case. i don't think a perma would be warranted here but certainly a temp ban as that's definitely not ok.

Honestly im just tired of many situations where a guy is questionned of hacks or wtvr, inconclusive or not, try to bypass that shit and then we take it lightly... Later down the road he'd be questionned again for hax on a daily basis (haxor anyone? How many people regret not perma banning since before for admin bypass when questionned of hacks intially and avoid this constant questioning?) ... Anyway, im fine in moving for a month ban, but i prefer to take people out from the roots whenever we can, giving chances is becoming tiresome to maintain...

He should have come here when we first banned him, see what was going on. Or at least not bypassed it.

Oh, but he did... And he has his own unban thread. I actually agree with Cyber here - given his history and his bypass of the ban, I'd suggest banning both of his accounts just to be sure...

Seeing that 2 other ULAs and myself ( who made the ban) agree on middle ground of banning both accounts for a month, thats what i'll do.

But i just want to point out that : a player gets banned for alleged hacking, the player NEVER BOTHERS SUBMITTING AN UNBAN THREAD TO SEE WHY HE's banned, he then gets ANOTHER ACCOUNT, and decides to play the game regardless. Now cyber, who has a good eye and remembers thread names, sees him, checks ip, bans him for bypass....

And NOW HE DECIDES TO MAKE A THREAD? If someone isnt forums friendly, i'd understand him not posting anything on both bans, but to ignore the alleged hacks (with a history of priors on google) and only state his case when he is 100 % sure he was t hacking bcos he got banned for bypass....
I dont know, it sounds rly fishy to me... And bypassing directly without even checking the initial shows bad intentions ... But thats just me.

If he hacks, i will get him myself one day, but i will always be for removing people indefinitely from the start at the slIghtest sight of fishy behavious denoted by admin bypass...But thats just me.

And FYI, this play DID file an unban thread. How it sounds means shit, the proof involved means everything.
