How did he/she abuse (See TOS): Taken from rules list abused as follows:
1. Under no circumstances are standard* admins allowed to perform any admin command on a fellow clan members / admins. : On Deagle demo you can see him switching me over to Ts. I told him not to do it and then I switched myself back he switched me back again in turn I killed my own team-mate by mistake.
2. Use admin privileges sparingly and appropriately: As you can see from sex fix demo he has repeatedly switched over Fade out to kill squirrelly.

I request Squirrley Wrath's Unban as he was reacting to what dempsey and fadeout were doing on the server and there was no one to stop it.

I did break into a rage cause of that and may have said something wrong please understand the conditions and peer pressure I was put into.

And when it comes to the game. I had started lagging due to my crappy connection acting up. Normally I would leave when this happens and come back later. But since Patrick had switched me over last game and won I didn't want him to win this time around by taking advantage of them.

he's been borderline abusing for a while, since he started playing again. that much i can vouch for. as far as squirrelly goes, let him handle his own unban thread.

blatant abuse from the start of sex fix, constantly switching sushi fish at the start of the round.

Alright let's start with deagle, which I think everyone can agree is a CT sided map. It started out very ct heavy and we were winning easily until someone complained about stacked teams and I asked who they wanted, someone said Roshill (yeah I can spell your name properly, learn to spell mine? [DEMSY]), so I said ok you can have him and switched him over after a round. Roughly around 5:00 into the map. Roshill didn't kill his teammate but rather died and then switched himself back after his death. This happened 2 times (no team attacking happened here) and then at 7:15 he switched me over to the other team where I ended up getting one kill but also killing a teammate costing me 2 levels. After that I was angry since I was in the lead prior to that and around 7:50 I had switched him mid-round similar to what he did to me, he team killed someone and was killed (no levels were lost however). And Roshill if you're going to complain about me at least get everything correct and make sure to document your faults as well. 3:30 into the map you were slapping yourself around the map gaining a clear advantage to get kills before I did ANYTHING. Other then everything else up there I also slapped around 'fade-out' a bit because he was asking for it, he was only knifing and still below the scout when everyone else was up to pistols, obviously not a huge threat to win the game. The last thing I had done was I was sitting with my friend at my house, his name was "sushi fish" or something like that when he got a beef with 'squirrel nuts' over team attacking or something and squirrel said something about how he was gonna regret that so I switched sushi to the other team so they could duke it out, but it was at the beginning of a round and chaos ensued. This was all near the end of deagle and honestly everyone was having fun where it didn't ultimately affect the outcome of the game. Yes I won but I didn't do anything to benefit myself, and all 3 people mentioned here were minimum of 8+ levels back where they had no immediate chance of winning.
As for you telling me to stop switching you Roshill, honestly I didn't hear you because we were laughing and having too much fun (before all the 'abuse'), so I apologize for that. The only reason I switch people is to at least try to keep some balance in the game so people don't get all pissed off over losing.
Everything I do when it comes to 'admin abuse' is never favoring me or winning, but rather entertaining people or keeping it fun. Yes it can very from borderline abuse or it straight out is at times (like switching people mid-round), but if you talk to the players that were in there before or after the 'squirrel ban (will be mentioned shortly)' they will all say that they were having a good time with all the craziness.

Ok, sex fix time: First off Roshill is wrong again right off the bat. I switched 'fade out' over only one time and he asked for it, I believe he killed squirrel and immediately died. The abuse here was only when I was switching sushi back and forth. The reason I was doing this was squirrel had said something along the lines of 'alright nigger you're on my shitlist now' and a bunch of other raging. At this point 6-7 microphones lit up all laughing thinking it was joking and fun. Haha. So I switched sushi over a few rounds and they would kill each other off, before someone from the other team would kill them. Yes it's considered abuse but honestly everyone was having a good time or laughing I didn't consider it. The only person who seemed to really not enjoy it was squirrel and to be honest he was getting his shot at what he wanted: a chance to kill 'sushi fish'. As much as he was raging and dropping n-bombs etc, it was probably the most into the game he'd gotten all night. BTW squirrel I was the admin doing it, sushi doesn't have admin and was just shooting the gun.

TLDR: Yes I abused but it was to make the server enjoyable, and squirrel got banned for a racist rant.

I understand the post, Roshill, about the abuse but I don't understand why you're trying to snowball that into un-banning squirrel? Even if I abused and did all these bad things, etc, he still was blatantly racist and lost his cool. A week may be too long but why didn't any of this start by messaging me and complaining first? In admin chat or in personal messages? If something's buggin ya you gotta say something where it's a guaranteed chance they'd see it rather then wait for two full maps to complete then posting over it.

If there are consequences coming for my abuse that's fine, I understand it and probably a lot of you want there to be something for your various reasons. As annoying as I am and everything else I'm just playing the game to have fun and I bought admin to make the server more fun, whether it be banning hackers or occasional slap flights around the map. I do this shit just to make sure everyone else is having fun. Sorry for the shit.

when you pay for admin, you agree to abide by the rules. not rules you make up yourself to make the server "more fun." i never abuse, however whenever i'm on it seems everyone's having a good time. there's no reason to do it, don't try to make yourself look like the good guy, you're not. you know the rules, you agreed to follow them, so don't break them.

I have been on with P.Dem a few times as well.

He likes to have "fun" with his admin abilities...I would say to P.Dem keep the use down. Use powers minimally. Don't just start slapping people around. Yes, it's fun for you and that person, and maybe even a few more, but lots of people play on the server because it is one of the best GG servers running, they don't play there because us admins slap people around to have "fun". Especially if the server is full, don't use your powers, unless it is to improve the game (kicking tkers...etc).

Be smart. Be an adult. Just because you have a dick, doesn't mean you should fuck everything that moves.

For this case, if everything that was said prior to this is true, then yes Demsy you did use your commands excessively. But, I can also agree with many others that Demsy is a very humorous and fun admin to have on, along with being a great competition. He only "messes" with people he's familiar with, and in most cases those people enjoy it and don't mind.

Lies... ive personally talked with him over the last month and a half like 3-4 times due 2 people qq'ing 2 me all the time about his constant abuse. ill review this tonight and make a ruling... but it pretty much looks like demsy will no longer be admining for us as he clearly doesn't know how 2 use it without abusing, and he has already been issued a final warning from myself in the past.

You're missing out on the point again.... when I switched you it was after you were dead, so there were no consequences. You were the one that switched me mid-round costing me 2 levels which I promptly returned the favor. And again like I said I didn't hear you raging as I was too busy laughing at my computer, no headset and music blaring.
Forget who said it but yes, the only people I 'abuse' are the people I love and if I ever went overboard they would message me and I would stop, squirrel went nuts over the issue because he thought sushi was the admin and doing the abusing.
Yes the server is 'fun' and everyone plays etc, but I don't think there's a single person here who can deny when I'm in there and bull shitting or 'abusing' my friends, there are a lot more people talking on microphones, interacting, bull shitting. That's how I define fun: social interaction.

Do you have any Idea how many times dead has won on that map playing as a T. Its not the side its how you play the side. I am more comfortable with the CT side of it.

this is patricks 5'th run in with me now in the past month and a half or so... and it seems it's always over the exact same shit...

Ive done everything in my power 2 educate him regarding our rules and policy regarding admin... even though he tells me each and every time he will no longer use those commands... he still obviously does every chance he gets.

this will be further discussed amongst the clan and the outcome will be limited admin power. as the nature of your abuse is not a major server threat, I will not ban you and allow you 2 continue playing till your admin has been limited....

You have been given a clear warning over steam that using admin commands other than kick, ban and mute will result in an instant perma ban till your admin is limited.


if any one sees him slap a single person, or do anything other than a kick, mute or ban... inform me immediately please.
