Defence against lua

Is there a way to program the server so if you change your name 10 times in 10 seconds or something like that it gets 1 month-perma ban for the lua hacking. I have been sitting on this idea for a while, tell me what you think.

I think there was something that was similar-ish that I saw recently...? I think it was from the latest annoying update that Valve threw at us.... it won't ban the client though


Added sv_namechange_cooldown_seconds, to throttle clients from changing their name too rapidly. (Defaults to 20 seconds)
