Server Keeps Crashing

I do not know if I am in the right thread.. but as of 8/22/2012 @10:00pm EST, the server has been at its lowest amount of people. And from what people tell me, it has been crashing after each round for the past hour, hour and half after every 30seconds-1 minute since map has reloaded.
Can someone please tell me whats going on?

any idea when server is back up, i see a closed one up but not sure if it is the ibis one

according 2 sourcebans, it's up.

Server crashed today 4 or 5 times on the map desprados, and the server seems to crash also on the second firewall escape constantly on the same spot. biohazard also get bugged out and it reset zombie classes to zm mode or so.
