Mayo Chiki!

i would recommend this one if u like Romantic/comedy or something like Toradora! they feel the same but way different story lines.

Not sure that I would call it like Toradora! but I do agree it was a great show that I would watch again. I really loved all the characters. :wtg:

No real complaints here. It was a pretty great show; my biggest complaint is that you can never find a non-pitched or not-muted version of any of the OPs/EDs that Eri Kitamura sings on Youtube :p



Comparing to Toradora!, I would agree that the characters are similar...

Konoe and Jirou end up having to help each other, like Taiga and Ryuuji (but for a different reason).
Konoe's violent yet soft/vulnerable nature is similar to Taiga's
Jirou's seemingly wimpy demeanor is similar to Ryuuji (in comparison to their female partner).
The leads have mascots lol. Dragon, tiger, chicken, and sheep.... o.O
Kanade Suzutsuki is extremely similar to Ami Kawashima. Same VA and both are high class secondary leads that kinda compete for the male lead, but intentionally helps steer the two leads together.

They are both great romance/comedies, but I felt that Mayo Chiki! just didn't invoke the same feeling at the end as Toradora! did.
