How did he/she abuse (See TOS): Multiple times before tonight, and then 2x in a row tonight, the admin disregareded server rules (was unfortunatly the only admin on at the time) and 2 maps in a row stole the race Vagalion from me, normaly i wouldnt do shit about it, but the way he responded both times, and the fact that when I asked him multiple times to please go back to his origional team or swap off the race he either ignored me or told me to screw off and swap myself.

Proof (Proof is NEEDED in order to report abuse, if the abuse contains admin commands and chat only a date and time is needed; however, a screen shot or console copy is helpful):

I unfortunatly dont have a ss or console copy because most if not all of the communication was done over the mic. If in future there is something I can do (because i know for a fact this admin always does what he wants) to have proof of this please let me know.

Im not one to normally bitch but when admins purposfully disregard their own server rules, and then give attitude to the players of the server when called on breaking rules,they ruin the experience for everyone in the game and this player//admin does it OVER and over again.(Other players even mentioned to me how he always does it and nothing is done)

click that link, click the wcs server link and scroll 2 the bottom and work your way up the maps till you see the one you were on. we have source TV on all the servers which records everything non stop, so you can easily grab the demo from the link provided and post it on this thread.

all the maps are also time and date stamped, so finding what you're looking for shouldn't be hard, the bottom of the list is the most recent games, top is oldest.

just adding my input although proof is probably still needed :P but this thread is warranted. i was in server at the time and he refused to accommodate as he wanted to be on the better team imo. And crooked was going to his team that he was on in the previous map to continue playing his race and Stacker was being quite rude about it

This. I would say that while normally Aleko can be a bit of an ass (and does tend to sometimes do more than he should), that does seem out of character for him (If he does any abuse, I would say that team switching of me, himself or Cyber would be that, but not something like that), so until I'll see the demo, I'm going to assume that he didn't.

see if i did this right the files are the full map because i fail to remember how to take sections of them but the 1st min of each is when they go back and forth about it. They both weren't very polite i will admit. And between 1 min and the 3 min mark on the matrix map aleko starts ignoring him completely.

1st demo -
crooked: give it back you bastard, you're an admin, you should know you can't steal it
aleko: i had it last map so fuck you
crooked: you had it on ct, you're supposed to stay on your team

both players in the wrong here. crooked shouldn't have used that sort of language toward an admin, but aleko should've done something to insure that both vagalions got the race back. crooked couldn't switch himself due to teams.

2nd demo-
it appears aleko again switched teams, leaving crooked without his race, however he could've switched this time due to the players on each team. again aleko doesn't do anything to help the situation though.

in the future, if there's an open slot and you had vaga last map, switch over. it's really no big deal. if you can't switch yourself, ask an admin to handle it. and admin...handle it.

i need to state something here.
Aleko is a close friend, and i like him a lot , so this should mean even more.

Aleko team stacks like a mother fucker, he will sit in spec for half the map if needs to, to join a specific team or avoid getting against people like me or tom and whatnot because we know his playing style and found how to counter it..
why is that even remotely connected here u ask?

well because i am willing to bet that the team aleko joined had SOME sort of advantage, whether its the map itself or the players, and this most likely the reason why aleko wouldnt switch sides and do nothing about the race whoring...


Aleko man, i love u and all but get you shit straight. Be a good player and dont be one of those admins, u know better. Currently all i see u use ur admin for is to guarantee urself on the winning team and change the maps to whatever you need, or fuck around with tom and others. I have yet to see you do admin work like banning hackers or dealing with situations such as THIS. you're an admin first, player second, remember that.
If you are playing with the ibis.a tag, you take the responsability of an admin, if you dont want to use admin commands, remove your tag that day and follow the rules as a reg player.

Crooked, there is NO rule that says that a vaga on T last map MUST join T next map, that rule does NOT exist and aleko didnt need to enforce it.

HOWEVER, the convention rule right now to handling map joining is the following and PLEASE respect it:
If 2 people have the same restricted race and join the same team, whoever joined the team FIRST has the privilege to KEEP IT ON THAT TEAM, whereas the other guy needs to join the following team... for fuck's sake do a "playerinfo" before joining teams... >_<

As for the admin, it is not his responsability to babysit the races if the players themselves chose wrong teams to begin with,
HOWEVER if a player ASKED the admin for "assistance" on switching them to the other team because they simply cant, and switching them would solve the issue, then for fucks sake admins, have a little common courtesy and help out the player... it takes 5 seconds ... literally.

Based on what brett discribed , there is no ABUSE per say because the admin did NOT use any admin commands or abuse his power on another player.
The LACK of using his admin privileges to help out is NOT abuse, but makes them a shitty admin, plain and simple.
Crooked needed aleko's help first demo to go other team, aleko u should have helped by courtesy... or someone ask another player to go spec for a sec to switch teams, to preserve races.

The second demo, crooked u could have gone to the other team...
Assuming crooked couldnt take the vagalion race, it IMPLIES BY ITSELF that aleko joined the team first, so its crooked's responsability to join the other team at that time.
That rule u wrote in chat does NOT exist.

Yeahhh.. Thats not just him.. You do it too, all "good players" do it. That is why I don't play when the server is full of old IBIS players and admins cause its constantly stacked and its just not fun AT ALL cause within the first 5 min the team score will be 40-0 to "the IBIS team" and the "noob team" will be have 3 less people then the ibis team cause of leavers cause its boring with stacked teams.

Back on topic. Aleko can be very rude, and it only gets worse if he is the only admin in the server.

I would have to disagree with this statement somewhat. I know that me and several other admins/players switch to the other team a very fair amount to "balance" things out - I actually even sometimes hear people complain when it's done. Just because a few people stack teams doesn't not mean all of them do - that's a fallacy of composition.

using your admin 2 gain an advantage others can't do is admin abuse... switching yourself 2 the winning team is abuse, plain and simple. ive told you all many times, do not fuck with the teams, this isn't fantasy football.

any admins pulling this shit from here on out, will be temp banned, if it continues, it will lead 2 loss of admin. unless a person asks 2 be changed 2 the other team, you have no right moving them.

also, if you're on a limited race, do not switch teams, stay on the team you were previously on. this will be a rule in the WCS rules section once I do the re-vamp on the rules.
