WCS messed up on cs_impulse

When the server switched to cs_impulse it booted everyone and wouldn't let them download the map, then it seemed to slowly fill with bots, but until the map changes no one can join the server.

I tested this map before submission; it didnt do such behaviour.... Its odd... Does this also happen if it was a pub map? Or is it the map itself?
